CPI COVID-19 Update
As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation continues in the United States and Oregon, we want our members to know that CPI is closely monitoring communications on this topic from local, state, and federal authorities and has a plan in place to keep the community and employees safe while maintaining reliable electric service.
To prevent the spread of coronavirus to our community and employees, CPI has closed our offices in Philomath and Lebanon to walk-in traffic. Public use of the community room at our Philomath office is also suspended until further notice.
Starting March 23rd many of our employees began working remotely, but all main business functions continue to operate normally. While some tasks may take slightly longer we’re doing everything in our power to make this situation as seamless as possible for our members.
Members will continue to be able to do business using our online and telephone options, or you may leave your payment in one of the locked drop boxes at both office locations. All member services, including outage restoration and bill payment, remain available on our website, our SmartHub app, or by calling 800-872-9036.
Rest assured that CPI will continue to provide safe and reliable power as we continue to navigate this health crisis.
If you have lost your job or income due to COVID-19 our partner organizations, Community Services Consortium, Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action and Lane County Human Services, might be able to help.
