CPI Board of Directors
A nine-member board of directors sets policies for CPI. CPI’s six-county service area is divided into nine zones and
each director represents one zone. They serve three-year terms. Board members are elected by CPI’s membership.
CPI’s service area covers six counties – Benton, Linn, Lincoln, Polk, Marion and Lane.
- Zone 1 – Gerald Etzel - Stayton
- Zone 2 – Terrill Plagmann - Albany
- Zone 3 – Mary Jane Swink - Lebanon
- Zone 4 - Kevin Christopher - Lebanon
- Zone 5 – Eric Horning - Corvallis
- Zone 6 - Russ Sapp - Alsea
- Zone 7 - Thad Springer - Blodgett
- Zone 8 - Kenneth Gardner - Dallas
- Zone 9 - Michael Schaefer - Corvallis
