A nine-member board of directors sets policies for CPI. CPI’s six-county service area is divided into nine zones and each director represents one zone. They serve three-year terms. Board members are elected by CPI’s membership.

CPI’s service area covers six counties – Benton, Linn, Lincoln, Polk, Marion and Lane.
